What is a Customized Herbal Prescription?
During an Herbal Consultation, Dr. Talan performs a thorough assessment of all organ systems including a traditional Chinese tongue & pulse diagnosis and review of health history. She will then write an Herbal Prescription that is customized for each patient’s particular condition. Each prescription is unique and formulated for each individual. Prescriptions are carefully blended and bottled in our Herbal Pharmacy using only the highest quality herbal concentrates.
How are the Herbal Prescriptions administered?
Customized Herbal Prescriptions are comprised of FDA-regulated herbal concentrates in a powdered form. The powder is mixed in a small amount of water and taken 3 times per day. We are also able to encapsulate the powder if the patient requests capsules instead of powder.
